They are known for their care and investment in their workforce, which is reflected in their training and development opportunities.The role itself will involve overseeing repair solutions, to ensure that all work carried out in the workshop is carried out to the highest standards, being responsible for overseeing the full repair lifecycle from cradle to grave.The right candidate will have a background in manufacturing or mechanical experience with rotating machinery.
