Long-established MSP, serving small to medium businesses in Hampshire and surrounding counties, is expanding, and looking for two experienced IT Support Engineers, to join their talented team of circa 20.

With their new modern offices, open plan working environment, American diner, this client is investing heavily into marketing, and has big plans to double in size over the next few years.

The successful IT Engineer, will be involved in supporting the team with 2nd line support calls. This could be anything from setting up new users on AD and Office 365, installing EndPoint agents and Spam filters, supporting rather than installing VMWare or HyperV, as well as Routers and Firewalls

Skills / Environment (not all essential): Windows 10, Windows server, AD, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint / OneDrive, VMware, Hyper-V, Routers and Firewalls

The successful Engineer will engage with the relevant Account Manager, and the responsible IT contact at each client, to make sure the client has the appropriate IT for their needs. You work with the help desk manager to make sure that any significant issues are identified and fixed.

Salary: up to 30K DOE
