Role & ResponsibilitiesLead and develop detailed financial models and analysis for the company's annual operating budget/forecast as well as the long-term business modelPrepare thoughtful and insightful monthly/quarterly analysis of variances to budget/forecastAnalyze current and past trends in key performance indicators in revenue, operating expenses, and cash flowsDrive development and measurement of key performance metrics (financial & non-financial) and proactively share trusted insights with the CEO, CFO, and other business unit headsPerform ad hoc analysis of sales and operations to help management make key business decisionsWork effectively cross-functionally and support other departments with FP&A-related decision makingWork closely with the accounting and other departments to drive the process, data collection and reporting across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fieldMinimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally in FP&A or similar rolesExperience inside a high-growth and global organizationExperience with NetSuite and integrated FP&A reporting systems highly desiredExperience managing data from multiple sourcesVery strong financial modeling and MS Excel skillsAdvanced proficiency in MS PowerPointExtremely high level of attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical skillsAbility to hit the ground running - a self-directed self-starter who can thrive in a high growth, international organizationArticulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
