A multi-national semiconductor focused on the development of high-speed technology is seeking a Product Test Engineer to join their team. As a Product Test Engineer you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:Development of ATE softwareDesign of test/evaluation boardsDevelopment of test plansSupport a cross-functional engineering team with ramp to productionTo be considered for the Product Test Engineer you must have experience with C++ or V93K for ATE test development, ideally have prior experience in a fabless semiconductor environment, PCB design experience, ideally have high-speed technology experience, and be comfortable communicating with external vendors.
