SaaS Implementation Manager

Remote - Must be UK based

£30,000 - £42,000 DOE + Private Healthcare, Holiday, Life Assurance and Learning Resources

This is an excellent opportunity for an Implementation Manager experienced deploying SaaS Products to join a global brand impact marketing company in a highly technical role offering excellent opportunities for progression and personal development.

The company are a global Brand Impact Group who work with a number of high-end clients to drive their impact. They have nearly 5000 employees and operate in over 30 countries and are continuing to grow. They offer a range of services across their network to deliver exactly what a brand needs at any stage including Brand Design, CGI, Engineering, Insights, Consulting and many more.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of clients and work with them to gather requirements, solve problems and match customer needs to system capabilities. You will manage system configuration and testing and implementation of chosen options. You will lead technical projects including API/System integrations between customer systems using integration-platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) tools.

The ideal candidate will have a background in deploying configurable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products with experience liaising with external clients in a Business Analyst, Project or Implementation manager context. And you will be experienced managing System Configuration and API/System Integration projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Implementation manager to join a global marketing company in a highly varied and autonomous role.

The Role:

*Manage a portfolio of clients, match customer needs to system capabilities

*Manage System configuration testing

*Lead technical projects including API integrations using iPaaS tools

*Fully Remote, can also be based onsite (Hull) or hybrid

The Person:

*Background deploying SaaS products

*Experienced liaising with external clients in a Business Analyst, Project or Implementation Manager context

*Experienced leading technical projects such as System Configurations

*Must be UK based
