Platform Engineer (GCP Docker Terraform Python Kubernetes Bash). Are you a talented and driven Platform Engineer looking for an impactful role where you'll be able to take your career to the next level? As a Platform Engineer, you will play an important role in delivering the tools and application platforms that support the company's product engineering teams. You will oversee how the code is built and tested, how and where it is deployed, and how it is monitored in production environments. You'll utilise a range of tools and technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python and will have the opportunity to learn new skills and technologies such as Elasticsearch, Logstash, Oracle, Couchbase, and Kong.

You will be given the flexibility to work 3 days a week remotely in this role with the rest of your working week being based in London where you'll join a friendly and supportive team. Requirements:

  • You have experience within a Platform Engineer role previously or similar (DevOps / SRE)
  • You have strong Cloud knowledge (ideally GCP)
  • You have good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
  • You have scripting experience using Python, Bash or PowerShell
  • You come from a programming / development background using languages such as Java (ideally), C# or C++
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
