(SC Cleared) Oracle Software Engineer | 3 Months | Liverpool/Remote | INSIDE IR35

Jefferson Frank are currently supporting one of the largest IT and Business consulting services in the pursuit of an experienced SC Cleared Oracle Software Engineer to work for one of their government clients.

Location: on site - Liverpool ( for 2-3 weeks for knowledge transfer, with travel expensed) then Fully Remote

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE!

This position is for an experienced client facing Oracle Developer to work within the account project team supporting the development Oracle of services from legacy into a cloud service. The successful candidate will work alongside the account CTO, Project Solution Owner, Architects, BAs and SMEs to gain an understanding of the clients' services and solutions with specific responsibility for the migration of data and databases between the 2 providers.

To be successful within this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience in an Oracle development environment, being a pro-active person with software services and development skills. You should have a track record of independently solving difficult technical issues and defects, whilst assisting with DevOps tasks such as the maintenance of builds. Giving input on architectural decisions for features and investigating and resolving issues with legacy code and practices.
