UX Researcher London to £70k

As UX Researcher you will work closely with the Lead UX Researcher to collect and analyse data that will help shape the future of the company's product and the user experience. Your key responsibilities will include uncovering the needs of customers, supporting the facilitation of existing research, planning and leading in-house research labs, and understanding the customer's context, motivations and needs. You will play a big role in helping to bring the customer needs to the forefront of the business, allowing the creation of better products and experiences.

You will be required to go into the company's amazing London based offices 2 - 3 days a week where you can enjoy a modern and spacious working environment with perks including yoga classes, massage service, pool tables, games consoles, a roof terrace, a canteen and more!

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a market research-based role (this doesn't have to be within the technology sector, although it is desirable)
• Experience facilitating workshops and sourcing research participants
• Must be willing to learn and keen to progress a career in UX Research
• Driven to be part of a mature start-up environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
