Business Analyst

Site: London, Ipswich, Birmingham, Manchester all possible - Smart working, remote work possible, minimal travel, in person work shops

Responsible for leading on the analysis of specific strategic projects and network platforms and ideally utilising knowledge of infosec/ security and technical knowledge to create and test a framework for strategy and long-term plan development as part of the Programme

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

2. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies and analyse qualitative and quantitative information and identify key findings to inform strategy development.

3. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and accurate findings including insightful and timely analysis of short and long-term performance, deriving accurate insights and identifying early indicators of issues or risks to strategy and/or objectives delivery.

4. Performing requirements analysis.

5. Documenting and communicating the results.

6. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

7. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

8. Working closely with SME's, technical delivery leads, and key stakeholders.

9. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

10. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

11. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

12. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

13. Development of clear and insightful material and makes presentations in a variety of forums.
