UX Design Researcher London / WfH to £55k

UX Design Researcher (HCI) *Hybrid WfH*. Do you have a strong knowledge of User Experience / UX, able to champion the customer through quantitative and qualitative data research?

You could be joining a global games software house in a role that will allow you to have influence and continually develop your skills.

As a UX Design Researcher you will lead the UX research for your team; defining, planning and conducting user research (e.g. customer surveys, usability tests, interviews) to inform design decisions for various products and experiences, identifying areas for research and the best approach to gain valuable insights. You'll collaborate with the design team, product managers and software engineers to prioritise user research requirements and incorporate complex business and technical requirements.

Following a remote interview process you'll be based in awesome offices in Central London with a wide range of facilities and flexibility to work from home for part of the week (1-2 days).

Requirements:

• You have experience as a UX Researcher in a customer focussed environment
• You're experienced with remote and face to face research with experience of working with qualitative research methods
• You're able to plan, scope, conduct, research and communicate research findings
• You're also familiar with quantitative research methods, comfortable with metrics and A/B tests and can synthesise quantitative data with qualitative user research
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You're degree educated in a relevant discipline e.g. Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science
