A market-leading, dynamic specialist software house in Farnborough are actively looking to recruit for a Business Analyst to join their growing company. The main purpose of the Business Analyst is to work closely with sales & project teams to track and analyse customer requirements and system functionality. You will be working with a cutting-edge SaaS product and will need experience within the software sector.
The Business Analyst will need the following skills/experience:
5+ years in a similar Business Analyst roleExperience working within a software company (SaaS)Excellent organisational & communication skillsA self-starter with strong attention to detailExperience creating RAID logsAbility to create diagrams using process mapping toolsWorking within an Agile environment
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:
Defining software using a wide range of documentation skillsCreating a library of documentationBuilding rapport and trust with customers, enhancing relationshipsPlanning, organising and facilitating workshopsEstablishing and implementing escalation pathways to achieve project deliveryProcess mappingGap analysis
This Business Analyst opportunity offers a very flexible, part-remote, work pattern where you will be able to manage your own working pattern and a very competitive salary between £50,000 & £60,000.
