ROLE - Business Analyst - Software (Part Remote)
LOCATION - Farnborough
SALART - £50,000 - £60,000
 
A market-leading, dynamic specialist software house in Farnborough are actively looking to recruit for a Business Analyst to join their growing company. The main purpose of the Business Analyst is to work closely with sales & project teams to track and analyse customer requirements and system functionality. You will be working with a cutting-edge SaaS product and will need experience within the software sector.
 
The Business Analyst will need the following skills/experience:

• 5+ years in a similar Business Analyst role
• Experience working within a software company (SaaS)
• Excellent organisational & communication skills
• A self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Experience creating RAID logs
• Ability to create diagrams using process mapping tools
• Working within an Agile environment

 
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Defining software using a wide range of documentation skills
• Creating a library of documentation
• Building rapport and trust with customers, enhancing relationships
• Planning, organising and facilitating workshops
• Establishing and implementing escalation pathways to achieve project delivery
• Process mapping
• Gap analysis

 
This Business Analyst opportunity offers a very flexible, part-remote, work pattern where you will be able to manage your own working pattern and a very competitive salary between £50,000 & £60,000.
