In this role you will be overseeing the implementation of management systems and policies across the entire company. You will also be conducting investigations into QHSE standards within the company as well as internal and external audits, and beyond this you will have the responsibility and autonomy to make positive changes to the business.

Due to the company's ability to provide tailored progression planning, candidates with all levels of experience will be suitable for this position. As a minimum the person will need some practical experience in a Quality/Compliance focused role, for example having been a Quality Engineer or a Compliance Auditor, and they will hold a relevant professional qualification to support this.

The role:

* Overseeing implementation of management systems and policies across the company

* Conducting investigations into QHSE standards across the company

* Conducting internal audits as well as hosting external audits on Quality

* Communicating with colleagues, business partners and clients to improve standards

* Presenting new ideas and innovations to support business growth

The person:

* Educated to Degree level or relevant qualification in Quality Management/Quality Engineering

* Practical experience in a Quality or Compliance role

* Experience working in 'tangible' environments such as Engineering, Construction, Energy etc.

* Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach and capable of acting in a leadership capacity

* Proficiency in Office products
