This company are a performance marketing and sales consultancy agency operating at the forefront of customer demand generation. Working within multiple direct sales verticals, they are transforming the marketing of direct sales products in the digital space.

Due to explosive growth, they now require a CRM and Data Manager to bring genuine capability and experience to the business in managing their CRM system and inbound data delivery processes.

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage the delivery of inbound data to internal CRM campaigns and customer campaigns utilising a mix of APIs, Zapier and email delivery dependent on product / customer

- Work with the Marketing Director to plan data delivery for 30+ clients including geographic analysis of demand to aid generation

- Daily management and reporting of inbound data delivery to ensure the process runs smoothly to plan

- Act as a central point of support for the CRM - including user management, data and fields management and hot fixing issues

- Develop new CRM campaigns with the support of the marketing director including workflow automation and API / webhooks into complimentary systems

Skills & Experience:

- Experience with FLG CRM is highly desirable but not essential - experience with a similar CRM is required (Hubspot, Sugar, SalesForce etc.)

- Experience working with basic APIs (JSON, XML etc) and / or Zapier is highly desirable

- Advanced Excel skills are required including use of data lookups and PIVOT tables

- This is a highly analytical role which requires experience handling and understanding large volumes of data
