We have an exciting opportunity for Application Support Analyst working within our Business Systems team. You will provide client support on a variety of Housing Systems. The role is hybrid working, meaning 50% home based with 50% attendance at our Rockingham Street offices, Sheffield.

Job Description

Salary Scale: 5A £34,996 per annum, pro rata

Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 37 hrs

Generous holiday entitlement - 27 days annual leave, statutory bank holidays, plus an additional 4 SYHA days

More about the role:

We wish to appoint an experienced Application Systems Analysis to our Business Services Team.

The Applications Systems Analysis will provide professional support across the business. Escalating issues in a timely manner with 3^rd party suppliers or resolving them internally.

Who you are:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working on complex problems and explaining the details in easy to understand format with a variety of different business groups.

Confident with standard IT applications such as Microsoft 365, Outlook and MS-Teams is necessary in our fast-paced solutions-based environment.

You will be a proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude willing to share and embrace innovative ideas.
