Deployment Lead

Due to our client replacing their current SAP R/3 system with SAP S/4 HANA they require an experienced Deployment Lead to join our project team as we move into the testing phase to support the Project Leadership in the detailed preparation, planning and delivery of Deployment. For this role, you will support the Project Manager and a team of Workstream Leads, Business Architects and Business Process Owners together with Functional Consultants from the SI. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Ultimately, you will ensure our projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget The SAP S/4 project drives significant business transformational change, which encompasses the introduction of defined processes/templates and integration with improved methods and tools. The SAP Programme is being implemented across the business including Finance and Operations. Support the Project team in the delivery of a business objective focused, process efficient and future proof ERP project on time and budget encompassing the following key tasks: Deployment controls and support

• Lead the Deployment workstream
• Lead SAP S/4 Deployment Definition for which experience of Deployment Management in SAP S/4 HANA projects is essential and experience of migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA requiring wholesale business operations transformational change is highly desirable.
• Create and manage Deployment plan within the SAP Project ensuring integration of data, process, systems, operations and training activities to optimise transition from legacy systems and operations to SAP S/4 HANA and related systems.
• Co-ordination across all workstreams and progress reporting for Deployment in line with project governance and reporting requirements together with support to RAID controls.
