I am currently working with an NHS CCG that is looking for an interim to lead their Digital First transformation programme.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the programme of works to ensure transformation of digital care pathways in GP Practices and the communityThe post holder will be responsible for:Annual refresh of the 5 year Digital First Roadmap aligning to national guidance and the ICS's GP Practice Strategy (2022-24).Leadership of the delivery of diverse project portfolio using evidence-based approaches and models to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and clinicians.Experience requiredLeadership and programme management skillsBackground in digital projects and clinical stakeholder engagementWorked with NHS organisation previouslyThis is an initial 3 month contract (inside IR35) and is offering a daily rate of £422.50.
