Our leading international client is currently searching for an EDA / Package Development Engineer to be responsible for the development, refinement and maintenance of new ASIC package developments. The role will involve developing solutions as well as coordinating EDA requirements of the design teams worldwide. The role will require close collaboration with international team members, designers, EDA tool vendors and research institutions.
