Automation Test Engineer London to £70k

Automation Test Engineer (JavaScript Selenium Web Testing). Are you looking for an impactful Automation Test Engineer position where you will be able to implement tools your choosing and have a real impact?

You could be joining a well-established SaaS company's London based tech hub as they expand into the European market.

As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be the first QA hire within the London team making this an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who has a wealth of testing experience. Working as part of a cross functional team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the automation tests for brand new products ensuring high quality, maintainable products are created and ready for production. A typical day for you might involve, translating user stories into test scenarios to deliver high quality software, testing website and mobile applications using JavaScript and Selenium, and pair programming with engineers to write strong automation tests.

You will split your time between the London office and remote working (or you can be fully office based). You will need to be in the office 5 days across every two weeks.

Requirements:

You are a talented Automation Test Engineer who has a passion for technology and enjoys problem solving

You have good JavaScript skills and ideally you have some experience using Selenium

You are confident suggesting new tools and technologies

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desirable: API, Python
