Senior Analyst/Functional Consultant - D365 CE & Power PlatformThe client is a small-sized Microsoft Gold Partner based out of DC that serves clients in the non-profit sector, seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the team 100% remotely.

The Senior Business Analyst will be a lead role responsible for providing the best business solutions for clients in the non-profit space.

Candidates must have prior experience in a Business Analyst position, strong technical knowledge of D365 CE systems, and be enthusiastic to hit the ground running in this critical role.

Please note that only US Citizens/GC Holders may be considered at this time.Responsibilities:

Work directly with clients throughout the throughout the sales and software development cycle

Act as a key member of the Sales team

Fully understand the product built on Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform/PowerApps

Be a hands-on functional resource, work heavily with D365 PowerApps and Portals, implement customized business solutions

Collaborate with the Product Owner and Customer Service team to ensure delivery

Participate in requirement gatherings, conduct client research, understand goals and processes, create custom solutions, gap analysis, system documentation, end user trainings

Promote company best practicesRequirements:

5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst position

5+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 CRM platforms

3+ years' experience with the Microsoft Power Platform/PowerApps development

Great understanding and continued knowledge of D365 CE and other Microsoft Dynamics

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work as a key member of a small teamBenefits:
