Hardware Manager, Communications sector

Salary: £70k - £100k per year + Excellent Benefits

I’m currently working with a large global company working in the communications sector. They have a great opportunity for an experienced Hardware Manager to lead a skilled team of Hardware and RF engineers. Based on the outskirts of Cambridge the teams are working on next-gen comms devices, and you will be responsible for leading the team working on full lifecycle design and development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Hardware Manager to join an established company experiencing ongoing growth, working on cutting-edge tech the role is not to be missed!

What’s Required? 

For this Hardware Manager role, we’re interested in people from a variety of backgrounds, but your experience may include some of the following:

• Proven track record working within a technical electronics design role
• An understanding of the communication industry with a background in wireless or RF technology.   
• Experience leading teams and taking products through the development lifecycle
• Proven track record of product delivery from concept to volume production
• An understanding of product compliance and approval
