Embedded Software Engineers - Linux / Android / Real Time are sought by this leader in automotive systems and software development based at their R+D Centre in Hildesheim. The Embedded Software Engineers - Linux / Android / Real Time will be developing low level software for emerging ADAS and Autonomous Driving applications. The Embedded Software Engineers - Linux / Android / Real Time will be working closely with customer development teams working on software packages for imaging applications from initial concept through to delivery. After graduation you will have gained a number of years’ experience developing embedded software under Linux or RTOS in C and C++ for the automotive industry. You will be comfortable developing at kernel and driver level under Linux and RTOS and any knowledge of low-level Android development would be a bonus. You will have exposure to working in an agile environment and have a good knowledge of ASPICE, ASIL and SAFe. Any exposure to DOORS, QNX, Eclipse or GIT would also be beneficial. You need excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, and any German language capability would be a bonus too.
