Junior IT Support Engineer London to £35k

Junior IT Support Engineer (Office 365 Azure AWS Cloud). Are you a bright and highly driven graduate or Junior IT Support Engineer who has good knowledge of Office 365 and cloud-based services including Microsoft Azure?

Global provider of data protection solutions is seeking a bright Junior IT Support Engineer to join their team. You will be part of the Helpdesk team providing exceptional 1^st line customer support and expertise to external clients. Some of your key duties will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues, and providing exceptional support to users via telephone, email and remote control.

You'll be based in London offices but will have flexibility to work remotely 3 days a week. 

Requirements:

You are degree educated in Computer Science or similar (2:1 and above)

You have some experience within IT Support roles previously

You have experience supporting cloud based services, Office 265, Azure, InTune and similar

You have strong problem solving skills

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
