Java Engineer - OpenShift, Kubernetes vacancy for a globally operating Bern based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:Supporting a new business initiative by collaborating with a highly committed team of expertsAchieving functionality of the company's new loan securitisation and syndication applicationTransforming end-to-end solution design into concrete implementation, elaboration and clarification of detail requirements on EPIC and Story levelDesigning, coding, testing and deploying within a modern agile environment with a strong emphasis on DevOps practicesYour experience/knowledge:8+ years of professional experience in software development in an Enterprise context, using Java/JEE, Java Spring Boot, micro services architecture, User Interface and batch processingPractical know-how of DevOps tools and modern platforms, such as Odyssey, GIT, Kubernetes/OpenShift, as well as knowledge of Mainframe environmentAbility to cover a wider range of tasks in connection with software delivery like Requirements Engineering and End-to-End testingWorking background in a dynamic agile project delivery environment with High Seniority in dealing with difficult technical tasks in complex environmentsLocation: Bern, Switzerland
