Worcester, Worcestershire (Commutable from: Ledbury, Leominster, Hereford, Kidderminster, and Bromsgrove)Are you from an administration or coordination background, looking for a permanent Monday to Friday, customer focused role within a growing engineering company?On offer is a varied role within a specialist business, where you will have the opportunity to continue developing your skills whilst still having a good work life balance.You will be assisting in the restructure and growth of a small, family run Engineering business, who have a great reputation within their industry. They work with a number of blue chip clients throughout the UK and are going through an exciting new business phase.This position would suit someone with good administration experience, looking for a varied and customer focused role with a good work life balance.The Role:Service CoordinatorProcessing client requests, and allocating time and jobs to engineersDealing with incoming enquiries and distribution to the correct departmentsOrdering parts and materials for jobsMonday to Friday, days based roleThe Person:Any experience in coordinating work would be highly advantageousAdministration backgroundExperience with MS Excel is essentialGood customer service skills
