1st Line Support Analyst

Warrington // Hybrid working

Excellent opportunity for a IT Support Analyst looking to progress their career and learn new technologies in one of the largest independent communications specialists in the UK.

This rapidly expanding company provide Cloud Services, Connectivity, hosted services and onsite support and have multiple office locations across the UK.

In this role you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software and system technical issues. You will deliver support to end users remotely and face to face. You will respond to queries and manage tickets, escalating when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in 1st line support or as an IT Technician with experience with Office 365 and supporting windows devices. You will have commercial experience in a ticketing environment and be confident with Active Directory. Any experience with VOIP would be advantageous but is not required.

The Role:

*Responding to Tickets

*Providing 1st line technical support

*Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other system problems

*In Office 2-3 days per week (hybrid working)

The Person:

*Must have Valid UK Driving License

*Experience in 1stLine technical support

*Commercial experience with Office 365 and Windows Devices

*Experience with Active Directory

*Experience with VOIP would be preferred
