The EMEA Website Manager Role: Join us as EMEA Website Manager and create and deliver on our EMEA website strategy. You'll be playing a leading role supporting the growth of a marketplace platform disruptor - working remotely but required to attend team meetings once a week in either the Farnborough or Bristol offices. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable deep in analytics but also "gets" how the world view of cloud tech is driving change. Your day to day includes: + Management of website agency, including process for change requests, weekly reporting and general relationship management
+ Build and clone on-brand web experiences (campaign landing pages, webpages) to present for regional-based customers
+ Maintaining established conventions for URLs, UTMs, Quality Assurance, and webpage audits for the regional pax8.com websites
+ Analyse regional sites for localisation needs and search engine optimisation.
+ Partnering with the global Demand Centre on activating in-language paid search
+ Assisting with the intake, analysis, and execution of inbound web tickets (bug fixes, content changes) in support of designated region
+ Monitoring web traffic via Google Analytics and reports on web performance to stakeholders
+ Partnering with the Global Consent Workgroup, Content Marketing, IT, Legal and other teams to ensure in-market compliance with customer data capture
+ Participating in the review of centrally translated web content to ensure highly relevant and engaging user experiences for in-market customers You'll be ideal for us if you have: + Experience of launching, maintaining and optimising an international website
+ Experience building and managing website teams in-house, preferably in a B2B environment
+ Experience managing and optimising WordPress websites, with strong web content management expertise
+ Experience with HTML, CSS
+ Experience analysing web performance using Google Analytics, Moz, and other tools
+ Strong SEO and SEM background Salary & Benefits: + Basic Salary £60,000 - £70,000
