RNLD/Learning Disability Continuing Health Care Nurse AssessorLocation: West MidlandsDaily Rate: £350per dayStart: ASAPLength: 6 monthsWe are currently on the lookout for a RNLD/Learning Disability CHC Nurse Assessor an exciting opportunity based in the West Midlands area. As the RNLD CHC Nurse Assessor you'll be required to have experience in completing live assessments as you'll be going out into the community conducting live assessments in care homes mainly.Experience and skills required:Registered RNLDExperience completing DST's and live assessments.Ideally experience round the CHC National Framework.You must have a valid registration, access to a car and a UK license.Experience doing in-depth report writing.
