Business Systems Analyst

£40,000-£50,000 + Training + Autonomy + Pension + Holidays

This company are a national telecoms company specialising across multiple disciplines and sectors, including; IT, Energy, Cyber Security, Telecoms, Connectivity and Mobiles. They are looking to implement Salesforce and ServiceNow across the companies.

In this role you will join a small internal development team, which means you'll focus on more complex pieces of work to improve the analysis and definition phases of the delivery process. This will be the initial appointment of a Business Systems with some initial establishment of ways of working required. This job bridges the gap between core business functions and the Technology team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. A thorough understanding of applications and systems, ideally billing and CRM platforms. Excellent analytical skills and problem solving mindset is key for this role and solid verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to non- technical people. Having an ambitious, team player with a can do attitude is very important to have and if you are comfortable working with ambiguity and bringing structure.

The Role:

*Working as part of a small team

Hybrid remote (1/2 times in the office per week)
