Data Strategy Lead - 2 year Fixed Term Contract A well-known not-for-profit organisation are looking for a Data Strategy Lead in this newly-created role, with the aim of creating a strategic plan to really maximise the impact of their data and add real value to the organisation's goals and values.This is a home-based role, where you will occasionally be required to travel to the London office for meetings. It is a 2 year fixed term contract position. You are looking for someone who is a real data visionary, with a passion for the transformational impact of data on orgaisational outcomes. You will lead a small team of 3 in developing and delivering your data strategy, yet will remain very hands-on throughout.You will be working closely with their Dynamics CRM system, and looking at how to best integrate data from various third party portals and systems. You will lead on data management and governance in your area of the business - championing best-practice and up-skilling business users. You will also advocate the use of new technologies, and will get involved in their recent adoption of Power BI to generate data insights.This is a really brilliant role for an experienced Data Manager or Data Lead to really help this organisation transform the way they access and utilise their data on a large scale.Requirements: Proven track record of transforming organisations to data-driven decision makingProven tack record of building data driven business intelligenceProven experience leading teams and projectsStrong experience working with CRM systems, ideally DynamicsExperience or knowledge of Power BI reporting Knowledge of the charity sector would be ideal but not essentialBenefits: Salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience25 days holidayFlexi leave schemePension schemeLife AssuranceIncome Protection Please Note: This is a permanent role for UK residents only.
