Product manager OpportunitySalary: up to 60k/year(Remote working) Our client is an established and innovative online retailer specialising in natural lifestyle and beauty products. Currently experiencing double-digit annual growth, this small & dynamic team has grown our company to become the leading retailer in its field. We have localised websites in France, Germany, Benelux and the UK and have bold plans to deepen our penetration across each of these markets. Product Manager RoleReports to: Chief Technology OfficerWork closely with the Chief Technology Officer and wider teams to review current systems and business processes and then identify and deliver IT solutions that improve these from efficiency, cost and end-user perspectives.Assist the CTO with the development lifecycle of new features and systemsWork with internal stakeholders to define requirements for new features and systemsWork with developers and internal teams to define testing and acceptance criteria for tasksManage the development schedule to meet agreed goals and timetablesTest the new features and systems against the agreed acceptance criteriaAgree and schedule roll-out of new features and systemsSupport internal teams in their use of the product, where appropriateYou will be heavily involved with many parts of the business. You will work with the development team, internal stakeholders in finance and our country managers and will assist in the improvements and optimisations of our e-commerce websites.You will be based in the UK, Belgium or the Netherlands. We have offices in Amersham, UK, and Malle, Belgium. Our team mostly works from home - being close to one of the offices is not necessary but you should be able to attend occasionally.
