Junior Software Developer

Cardiff - Hybrid role travelling to the office once a quarter

£30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Flexible Working + Progression + Pension + Healthcare

Fantastic opportunity for a Junior Backend Software Developer to join a rapidly growing company where you will undergo specialist training and development, whilst they provide you with great progression opportunities in a supportive and open door culture.

This company have been established for over 40 years and are now looking to become market leaders in their sector. Recently they have acquired numerous businesses and look set to achieve their goal in the near future in which they need your help for.

In this role you will be working on a PHP tech stack alongside the other members of the team. The role is a hybrid role meaning you will only need to travel to their Welsh office just outside of Cardiff once a Quarter.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PHP, Go and TSQL. If you have experience with other languages and a willingness to learn you will still be considered for the role.

The Role:

- Web based software development

- Writing clean, secure and maintainable code alongside the rest of the tech team

- Hybrid role with travel to Welsh office once a quarter

The Person:

- Knowledge of PHP, Go and TSQL beneficial but not essential

- Willingness to develop and learn

- Full driving license and car for travel to the office
