Java Developer / Backend Software Engineer (Multi-threading Concurrency) *Remote UK WfH*. Are you a senior Java Developer seeking a role where you can remain hands-on and take ownership whilst working on a modern microservices tech stack?

You could be progressing your career at a high growth FinTech scale-up that provides a range of SaaS open banking solutions.

As a Java Developer you will join a small, Agile team responsible for payments batch processing; the systems are highly complex and secure. You will be working with Java 11, SpringBoot, microservices, RESTful APIs and producing high resilience, highly available, robust multi-threaded code using Agile best practices such as TDD. There are a number of upcoming Greenfield projects, you will take technical ownership and be able to work fairly autonomously.

There's a remote interview / onboarding process and the ability to work from home full-time in a "remote first" culture with occasional team meet-ups and socials.

Requirements:

• You have strong core Java serverside development experience
• You have a good knowledge of asynchronous programming, multi-threading and concurrency
• You have SpringBoot and microservices experience and a good knowledge of RESTful APIs
• You're keen to take ownership in a senior, hands-on position
