SAP SuccessFactors Lead ConsultantUp to £80,000 per Annum
Hybrid (London)
We are currently in the market for a SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant for a key consultancy client of mine based in London.
The Role
As the SuccessFactors Lead Consultant, responsibilities include:
* Being responsible for preparation and execution of client workshops.
* Managing and leading other consultants.
* Taking responsibility for overall solution design and being able to perform as a solution architect, spanning multiple modules.
* Communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.
* Must be able to support sales initiatives such as pre-sales and RFPs.
* Must have a good understanding of the functional HR processes which fall within the domain of their SuccessFactors module expertise and be able to discuss on a functional level requirements and best practices with the client.
Requirements
* Minimum 4+ years consulting and hands-on experience in multiple Full Life Cycles in the areas of your SuccessFactors Modules from planning to configuration through go-live
* Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors
* Must have a professional certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
* Experience in developing and cultivating relationships that support our clients, with the vision of supporting our customer for life approach
* Global project experience
* Profound understanding of HR and industry-specific business processes
* Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to present and communicate to Senior managers and executives
