Contract & Project manager FEED - Hybrid Role -12 month contract- £ 500-600vpd Inside IR35 - Global Brand! Title - Contract & Project manager FEED - NEC 4 Engineering (Hybrid)Project Manager / Contract Manager/ Project Consultant / NEC 4 / FEED / Hybrid role, £500-600 per day Inside IR35.Contract:12 monthsLocation: Hybrid role (Warwick office)Rate: £500-600 per day Inside IR35 Duties will include (but not limited to): Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of the FEED study within budgetEnsure the FEED contractor delivers the FEED scopeManage the performance of the FEED contractor, approvals, payments, compensation claims, project resources and scope variations.Ensure suitable project controls are implemented.Drive contract performance and quality.Report to and manage internal and external stakeholders with important inputs and outputs from the process.Deliver projects using an understanding of NEC contracts.Ensure the FEED contractor and their subcontractors conduct onsite geotechnical investigations safely and responsibly and in accordance with agreed landowner requirements.Provide visible Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) leadership in support of a positive safety culture.Comply with relevant regulation, and good practice guidance.Coordinate with the Technical, Lands and Consents, Commercial, Legal, Procurement and Finance teams to support the resolution of any potential third-party issues.Skills required for this role: Minimum of 5 years' experience of delivering multiple, complex multi-discipline projects within the design or construction industry.Working knowledge of NEC forms of contracts including design or construction.Knowledge and experience of the construction or design industry technical, risk and contract management techniques.Knowledge and experience of the design and construction of linear developments.Project Management processes and methodology.Experience of project cost estimates and budget preparation.Working in accordance to ISO 9001 certified Quality Management Systems (QMS).Project ManagementContract ManagementStakeholder ManagementInternal and external Customer Focus Got questions?
