This is an exciting and dynamic role for an Application Trainer specialist to join our Technology team. You'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, monitoring and delivering high quality training, including planning, scheduling and managing the delivery of learning activities and the creation and maintenance of learning materials and guides.  You'll be using application management software and tools to monitor and collect performance statistics and taking corrective action to improve performance and to avoid problems arising. This role is also to carry out agreed applications maintenance tasks within Optivo's agreed SLAs. In addition, you will liaise with third party suppliers to enable commitments to be met on services or projects and be an active part of Project Teams as required, providing support as identified. What you'll need Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Teaching qualification or equivalent experience Analytical and problem solving skills Understands the needs of the internal or external customer and keeps them in mind when preparing and delivering learning and development Excellent communication skills both written and oral with an aptitude for dealing with all stakeholders Excellent presentation skills Effective time management and prioritisation skills Willingness to learn new applications, tools and techniques Ability to develop and deliver training using a variety of techniques including video.
