This well-established UK wide building consultancy work predominantly in the construction industry providing a variety of building services and engineering consultancy. With number of high- profile clients across the UK they are in a period of growth and expansion with the aim to become a fully comprehensive consultancy covering all building services. They are now looking to develop their Design production department and are seeking an individual who is flexible and capable of hands on design production alongside strategic and client management.

In this role you will be based in their busy Manchester office. Your responsibilities will include- Strategic and detail designs, Development of the production processes and standards, Client facing design roles, Commercial monitoring and control of projects, Client account management and development and following Current industry standards and practices

An ideal candidate will have relevant Building Services or Engineering qualifications as well as relevant design and or site experience of 10-15 years. They would have worked on projects involving Commercial Office, Industrial, Mixed Developments, Residential Accommodation and Leisure Buildings. They would also be

highly competent in the use of MS Office, AutoCAD, and some current design industry software, e.g. MEP Workx, Relux, Dialux, IES and have sound knowledge of infrastructure, building regulations, lighting design, fire alarm systems, security and IT systems.
