Are you a Quality Engineer looking for clear progression route into a Quality Manager position.

Do you come from an Automotive or Aerospace background or something similar? Are you looking to take the next step of your career into Quality Management?

This company are market-leaders within their field, specialising in providing the design and manufacturing of a variety of electronic displays to a large client base across the UK. Their Quality Manager is in the process of retiring, which has led to them looking to recruit a Trainee Quality Manager, which will receive extensive training from the Quality Manager in the changeover period to best equip them when progressing within the company.

In this position you will be shadowing the current Quality Manager who is retiring later this year. During the handover period you will learn and understand the role in detail. The ideal candidate will have an interest in progressing their career into Quality Management but needs training and support in order to make that transition.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer from an automotive or aerospace industry looking to progress their career into a Quality Management position.
