Role: PMO Manager

Type: Contract - 6 Months

Location: Fully Remote

Rate: £400 - £500/day - Outside IR35

Start date: ASAPJob DescriptionAs the PMO Manager you will review current department's PMO processes and, where needed, ensure the successful implementation of the PMO's strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.

Role & Responsibilities:Monitor Programme reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.Establish frameworks and standards for Programme and Project Management team to followManage Projects whilst working collaboratively with the team to address where there might be issues in current processes.Ensures dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained.Skills: Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously with minimal supervisionExperience of managing a PMO office within Software IndustryStrong understanding of ERP and CRM (in both Waterfall and Agile environments)Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a projects with a value of £500k+Proven experience of managing budgets within Time & Materials (T&M) projects.
