Azure Cloud Automation Engineer - 12 month contract opportunity requiring profound PowerShell knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:Deploying and maintaining key Azure infrastructure services like virtual networks, storage, compute services, DNS, VPN and firewallApplying SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS services to implement enterprise infrastructure solutions in the public cloudContributing to the replacement of manual effort with Infrastructure-as-CodeCreating scalable, available, fault-tolerant, and reliable services on the Cloud with Azure DevOps and TerraformUsing Agile and DevOps practices within Infrastructure and Operations
Your experience/knowledge:3+ years practical experience in implementing Azure infrastructure for enterprise customersExpert level knowledge of automation tools and frameworksWell-versed with Infrastructure and Configuration as Code using TerraformA thorough understanding of core Azure infrastructure especially Azure IaaS and PaaS servicesFamiliarity with Scrum and Agile methodologiesEnglish, fluent in written and spoken; German, French, Italian or Spanish skills would be an advantage
Your soft skills: Pragmatic problem-solver and quick learner with excellent analytical abilitiesCompetency of taking ownership when achieving assigned objectives
