Product Owner (Digital Products) - RemoteWe are looking Product Owner to join a leading asset management leader with a purpose of building better financial futures. This includes managing the delivery and support of the digital products providing an open and customer attentive service.
This company is currently looking to innovate their service proposition with associated resources and expectations which will be exciting and diverse, with end-to-end ownership of our online portals, non-voice (i.e., SMS, email, webchat), social media and our digital customer communications. This digitisation will transform the way customers journey and experience
To support this journey, we need an experienced Product Owner to take ownership across this transformation, developing the digital products!
The company is going through new IT strategy changes to identify the new opportunities for change at a new digital level. The Product Owner will play a vital role in shaping several pivotal products finding solutions to real challenges that make a difference to customers needs.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of Digital product development and delivery
* Strong understanding of Customer Experience, User Centred Design and Web Design
* Understanding of digital application development and the full software development cycle
* Experience of using Omni Channel customer communication solutions and chat bots / conversational AI
* Develop reporting and monitoring capabilities
* Support wider Product team initiatives, including development of new products and/or journeys
* Any knowledge of Azure DevOps / Jira, Azure Applications Insights and Microsoft Clarity (or other similar tools and platforms)
* Understanding in architect solutions associated to application interfaces and data management is desired
