As an IT Operations Analyst you will work with your team to support over 1000 internal users globally. A typical day for you might involve; building and maintaining next generation Desktop and Remote Access systems based on Windows, Office 365, Azure, and Server 2016, supporting end user operating systems, applications, and infrastructure, and defining and building software packaging and distributed services.

The company have fantastic office based in central London and you will be able to work remotely 3 - 4 days a week.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Technical Operations Analyst or Service Desk Analyst role previously
• Previous experience supporting Windows environments and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Active Directory and Microsoft administrative technologies
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and VMWare Horizon
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
