They are a multi-million pound company and they have several well-known customers in their focused industry.In this role you will be responsible of ensuring 2nd Line Support is provided for end users. You will be innovating different approaches for system administration duties whilst also ensuring back up processes and recovery plans are in place. There will be an opportunity to work hybrid with this role and this will be discussed further into the interview. The ideal candidate will have experience working in supporting end-users infrastructure platforms, Telephony and Windows Technology for a minimum of 3 years.
