IT Business Analyst - Systems - Process Change
London 
6-month Contract 
£650 - £850 per day


A leading Insurance and Life and Pensions business based in the heart of the City, is looking for a Lead or Senior IT Business Analyst who has previous experience working on IT and system process and software change to provide analyses of requirements and produce high-level solution specifications. The project is focused on identifying system efficiency and functional requirements by consulting with internal departments and end-users to ensure the correct result has been formalised and you will identify new requirements to integrate new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services. You will also support this implementation looking at process improvement and ensuring all stakeholders and kept up to date along with working closely with the development team to sure the businesses goals are met and achieved within the given time frames.

The ideal candidate will need to be an experienced IT Business Analyst who has worked for a London Market Insurer or a large General Insurer to provide strong technical analysis across the project ensuring you are converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories and ensuring data quality is kept to the highest standard.

Key Skills:

* Strong IT Business Analyst - Senior or Lead experience
* Strong London Market insurance experience
* STRONG IT Systems and Software change experience - London market insurance systems related
* IT process change
* Worked on European IT change projects within insurance.
* Strong stakeholder management skills - business and IT
