£50,000 - £55,000 per annum
A leading provider of specialised adult care are currently looking to on board a business change project manager to join them in a very exciting point on their time-line. The company are in the mist of expanding their offering, doubling the size of their remit of care homes and associated services.
You will be supporting the business in the delivery of their transformation programme, joining an established team who will be involved in a variety of projects aimed to simplify and unite business processes and operations, such as the implementation of document management and incident reporting systems.
We are looking for individuals whom are time served project managers and have had previous experience in delivering change in change resistant environments. Previous industry experience in the health care sector is not essential as relevant training will be given, however having a flexible approach to working and methodologies used is important due to the nature of the role.
In return for your support, we are offering a salary up to £55,000 (dependant on experience) and benefits inclusive of hybrid working arrangement, pension, 27 days annual leave and unparalleled career and development opportunities.
