I am currently working with the Ambulance Radio Programme who are looking for a PMO Analyst to work with them on a 12 month contract on the below.

The Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP) delivers radio based mobile communications services to all English Ambulance Trusts. The services have a minimum life of ten years.

The Services include:

  • Voice and data communications via the Airwave radio network
  • Fixed, vehicle mounted and hand-held radio terminals
  • Integrated Communication and Control System (ICCS)
  • Mobile data solutions
  • The integration of all the elements above into an end-to-end managed service

The end-to-end scope of the ARP disaggregated model that is replacing the legacy Airwave contract.

Currently, these services are provided under an integrated end-to-end commercial arrangement with Airwave Solutions Ltd (owned by Motorola), which has been in place since 2005.

ARP is providing a replacement, through the CRS (Control Room Solution) and MDVS (Mobile Data Vehicle Solution) Programmes, through a disaggregated/modular operating model, in which ARP will act as a Service Integrator to both Ambulance Trusts and Air Ambulance Charities What's on offer:

  • 12 month contract.
  • Day rate £300 - £400 per day - depending on experience
  • Inside IR35
  • Fully remote
  • Available to start at the beginning of June. Role
  • The Programme Management Office Analyst will be working as an effective PMO (Programme Management Office) team member in the delivery of all PMO functions across the ARP Programmes, providing governance and quality assurance to the Programme.
  • The role is key to reporting the status of the Programme through various reports to Senior Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in the implementation and support of complex projects/programmes
  • Experience required in producing project plans, presentations and reports.
  • Experience and ability required to project manage high-value, complex implementations and resolve resource conflicts
  • Experience and ability required to produce and monitor, forecast and audit budgetary plans.
  • Experience required to produce business cases and investment appraisals
  • Experience required of producing and managing policies, processes and procedures
