Job Description

I have an active requirement for a functional analyst/ consultant, with skills in Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE, for an exciting opportunity with a growing Microsoft Gold Partner. The role offers the chance to work within a like minded team on fresh, end to end D365 Customer Engagement implementations, with UK wide customers. A fully certified MS training/ career progression plan is on offer, along with a host of brilliant benefits.

This exciting role is home based, with requirement for occasional on-site client - project phase dependant.

Role & Responsibilities

• Project scoping, business process analysis and functional requirement gathering/ documentation
• Install & config, user acceptance testing and key user system training
• Go-live support and process improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the functional implementation of Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Skills across the full functional project life cycle - analysis/ design through to go-live
• Partner based consultancy experience (preferable, however end user experience also considered)
• Modular experience in one or more of the following areas - sales, customer service, field service, project service automation, marketing
• CRM customisation & configuration (preferable, not essential)
• Strong communication skills written and verbal - excellent stakeholder/ user management ability
