Start date: ASAPOur exceptional, well-recognised client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their fantastic organisation. The ideal candidate will be able to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes. ResponsibilitiesWork with departments to perform value analysis (Return on investment) for the processes.Work with individuals to understand and build detailed process maps.Consider change management effects for implementation of new RPA processesProvide essential business analysis artefacts, using best practices and tools, for the design, solution and execution of medium and large projects.Document and diagram the existing environment and data-flows.
Essential SkillsKnowledge of RPA technologies and spectrum of good practices with process automation and operational excellence.Great stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organisation - subject matter experts, functional leads, departmental heads.Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures.Experience supporting business process documentation with business owners and SMEs.Excellent ability to create and present reports backed with analysed and visualised data.BenefitsHybrid workingAuto-Enrol Pension (salary sacrifice)Company Discounts The role is LIVE and my client is looking to hire.
