Job Description

You will be joining an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner, who specialise in Data Platform Management, application development and engineered systems in SQL, Oracle, Azure, and GCP. They are a leading technology Partner and are recognised throughout the IT industry.

They are looking for an experienced SQL DBA to join the team and will sit within the professional services team. You will be working on a variety of projects for multiple clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• You will be working closely with clients and delivery partners to drive definition and deliver high impact solutions based on Microsoft's data stack.
• You will be engaging in database projects including full system design, performance tuning, Azure migrations, and disaster recovery.
• Proactively work with the sales team and provide pre-sales.
• Working with MSBI and Azure tools for Installation, Configuration, and Administration.
• Data manipulation and Extract Transform and Load, using SQL Server Integration Services, Transact-SQL code, and other techniques.

Skills & Qualifications

• SQL Server Relational Database Engine Database administration from SQL 2000 to 2019.Transact-SQL programming skills
• SSRS and SSAS experience working on installation, configuration, and administration.
• Architecture design and implementation of highly available database solutions (OLTP)
• Microsoft Azure implementation and support
