Based in Dresden, our leading SoC Design client has a new opportunity for a Digital SoC (System-on-Chip) Lead to head up a growing team of 10+ digital design engineers.

The Digital SoC Lead will be the head figure for SoC design within the company, and manage all aspects of the IC development process, as well as have a direct hand in digital design and implementation. The Digital SoC Lead will determine ASIC/SoC system specifications, lead technical decisions, assign technical tasks to the project team, and be the main point of contact between the SoC project team and customers and stakeholders.

Suitable candidates will have:

• A BSc/MSc in Computing / Electronic Engineering or similar
• A number of years' experience within Digital SoC Design and Verification
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership
• Experience in some majors IPs and SoC protocols (for instance ARM Cortex M3, AHB/APB)
• Very good communication skills in English (German a plus)
