RoleWould you like to be part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, lead IT recruitment processes, and anticipate and influence the future needs and success of the organisation? In this IT consultancy firm you will build successful true direct sourcing models, nurture talent pipelines and employ creative ways of identifying and attracting the best talent into the organisation. In addition, this person will build strong relationships with business customers and deliver talent solutions that bring added value.Functions:Support EMEA Digital Solutions and Product Engineering teams, located in Portugal and Spain, and advise to the business. Proactively target and attract talent to build an engaged pipeline of candidates, and leverage creative search and selection tools and methods to identify, attract and recruit key IT talent - both experienced hires and internships.Qualify hiring needs and provide advice on the best recruiting approach and talent market insights.Qualify candidates not only in Tech skills but also in cultural team and core values.Present diverse and qualified candidate shortlists to enable hiring managers to make the best hiring decisions.Own and lead recruitment activities, setting expectations with the business and ensuring the best candidate experienceLeverage social media channels to build brand awareness and drive talent engagement and interestExperience in:+4 years in TA, preferably in-house previous experienceGreat experience in sourcing and attracting in IT environments.Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment life-cycleCollaborative approach to working, and engaging proactively with HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholdersEnglish is a must, any additional European languages, like Portuguese, would be an advantageBenefits:Open and friendly cultureHigh business ethics: no discrimination on the basis of gender, age or religionFlexibility to work remotely from Portugal or SpainPermanent contractAttractive salary (30-35K)Retirement plan from 7 months onwards23 holiday days + additional union daysFlexible working hoursMedical insurance and life and accident insurance6 euros/day meal allowanceFlexible working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 Do not hesitate to send your application and we will contact you as soon as possible!
